We liked the entire experience. We had to add extra days due to family emergency, and it was not a problem. We got to stay in our same suite each time. Room was great! Comfortable bed, kitchen was amazing and living room had plenty of seating. And we enjoyed having a walk-in shower. This will be the place we stay for all future trips!

The hotel is not far from various attractions, restaurants and other facilities. The staffs onsite were very friendly and supportive. I also like the fact that we were compensated for the swimming pool that was out of service during our stay. We love the breakfast especially our children enjoyed the foods. Also, we felt home and safe at the facility.

The lobby was nice. The breakfast room was nice. The breakfast was okay. The kitchenette was fine. The refrigerator seemed clean.

Our King Suite was very clean and was well equipped for our needs. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. A great choice of different food & drink to suit different tastes. Staff were very nice & welcoming & accommodating.

I visit this area often to see family and I never knew about this gem! There was so much room in the king studio suite! And it was so convenient to everything! I am pretty sure this will be the only place we stay from now on.

We loved the separate rooms and extra space. The room seemed clean and newer. Also the full kitchen in the room suite was very much appreciated, since for families this makes things more comfortable. The full hot breakfast was also great! Orange juice was fresh, and biscuit gravy was thick.

The location was perfect for the activities we had planned in Allen. It was near restaurants, the highway and shopping.
